A family journey of faith
Gina Byrd
Gina was baptized in Vienna, Austria, and later received the Sacrament of Confirmation in Chicago. Her Catholic faith became part of the foundation she carried into family life and professional service.
Baptized in 1994
Derrick and Richard were baptized at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in 1994, beginning a shared sacramental journey within the Catholic Church.
Confirmed in February 2026
Richard and Derrick received Confirmation at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Richard chose the Confirmation name Angelo, and Derrick chose the name Hilarius.
Our parish communities
Holy Redeemer Catholic Church
Richard is an active member of Holy Redeemer in Kissimmee, a parish that has served generations of Central Florida Catholics.
St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church
Derrick attends St. Rose of Lima, where he and Richard received the Sacrament of Confirmation in February 2026.
